Roger Mays will be holding one of his famous Quiz Nights at the club on Friday 26th March.
There is also a Junior Parents Evening at the club at 7.30pm on Friday 12th March where information about the coming season will be discussed.

It may only be February but Glossop Cricket Club are busy preparing for the new season. Senior and Junior Nets are about to get into full swing and Captain Adam Wilson is busy trying to bring some new faces into the club. It is also going to be another busy season off the pitch with many events planned including a Sportsman's Dinner, Sri Lankan Curry Night, Twenty20 Cricket Day and we are hoping that we will once again be welcoming Derbyshire County Cricket Club for one of their 2nd XI fixtures. Be sure to click on the 'Upcoming Events' tab on the left off the screen to keep up to date with all socail events throughout the season.

Glossop Second XI captain Bevon Blackwood had a joyous evening at the recent league dinner. Not only did he scoop the league batting prize but he also picked up the player's player of year award retaining both of the trophies he won in 2008!
There was also success for Club Skipper Adam Wilson who won the league catching prize for the second time and Will Hargreaves picked up Young Club Man of the Year, an award previously held by the likes of John Mays, Greg Harwick and David Winterbottom.
The club would like to congratulate all three players.
