Prestwich 2XI powered into their sixth successive Hulme Trophy final on Tuesday night after bowling Denton out for just 33. The Tamesiders had no answer to some superb bowling, catching and fielding. Dulux took 4 wickets and Walsh 3.

Prestwich Cricket, Tennis and Bowling Club are delighted to announce that Bury Council have approved the club's plans for the changing facilities at their monthly planning meeting last night. The club can now move on with the tendering process and the grant applications. |

The Second XI travelled to Dukinfield on Saturday and inflicted a 97 run victory over a weakened home side. Jon O'Connor top scored with 34 in a game reduced to 35 overs per side. Prestwich posted 162ao, and bowled Duki out for 65.
