This is no time for aerobics...!Prestwich Second string went back to the top of the league following Saturday's victory over title chasing Woodhouses and followed it up with a weather affected victory against Irlam which was drawn out for three days. John Walters picked up 9 wickets over the 2 games.

Phil KylePHIL Kyle turned on the style to bring Woodhouses clattering down with a sensational seven-wicket haul. The Prestwich pace bowler claimed the last seven batsmen as they crumbled from 94 for 3 to 120 all out.

Hulme Trophy Test Match - Day 3

FloodedThe weather looks set fair for Day 3 of the 2XI Test Match against Irlam tonight. The ground will need some clearing, markers and flags putting out etc, before we can get underway as close to 6pm as possible. Any volunteers who can get down to the club for about 5pm will be appreciated.

Twenty20Tournament details for Bury Cricket Development Group's 2007 Twenty20 Cricket Competition. There are two new teams in the comp this year to give the optimum number of 12 and Darcy Lever and Edgeworth are sure to add a new flavour to the event.

U13's Making Their Mark

Prestwich U13'sThe under-13 team at Prestwich Cricket Club has been making its mark in a regional cricket competition. They became the first-ever Prestwich U-13 side to win their group in the ECB competition, which was made up of teams from the Lancashire County League and Central Lancashire League.

The epitomy of fitnessAnother dynamic bowling performance put rivals Denton West to the sword and earned league leaders Prestwich victory by nine wickets. Prestwich, who had held a narrow one-point advantage before the start of play, extended their lead in the Lees Lancashire County League to four points.
