Here's your chance to help out with the funding for the club redevelopment and maybe win some money along the way.

There's three montly prizes to be won with a £200 main prize plus 2x £100 runner-up prizes. All it will cost you is £4.00 per month.

We currently have 209 members  and the draw is held at the club on the first Sunday of each month and winners will receive the money direct to their bank account. The name of each month's winner will be displayed on the club notice board.

All you have to do is download the standing order mandate (link below), print it out and fill in the details and then return the form to either Viv or Heather or post it in the box on the bar.

Guide on filling in the form

Enter your bank name and branch eg. Natwest Prestwich
Tick the box 'New Instruction'.
Enter your sort code, account number and account name.
Enter a date you'd like the payments to start being taken from your account eg: 18/12/2006
Sign the form and enter the date and a contact telephone number.
